We have a National Women’s Hall of Famer coming to town next week.

Gloria Steinem will speak at 4:30 p.m. April 3 at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. (If this sounds familiar, it’s because I’ve written about it before. She’s worth the reminder!) Texas Tech’s Women’s Studies program is bringing Steinem in as part of its conference called The Advancement of Women in Higher Education.
